FTP Support
Using FTP software, you can logon to our servers and upload or download files in your web site directories. Below is a step-by-step example.

Logon to the web server using your FTP software. You will need to input the Host Name, your username and password. These were supplied to you in your the G3 Group Welcome Packet when your account was activated.
For the host name you can use: ftp.YourDomainName.com OR the host name or ip address (supplied to you in your Welcome Letter). Below is an example (using LeechFTP software).
NOTE: When logging on, enter the host name, your username and password. Do not put anything in the path field. You will be automatically directed to the root directory of your web site.
When your account is activated, a placeholder page titled index.html is placed in your Web Directory. You must replace this file with your own index.html to be able to view your web site. Note: It must be named "index.html" or you must delete index.html to get index.htm or default.htm to become the default start page of your site.
