The Problem:

WR Hardware specializes in B2B sales of door hardware, parts and equipment for commercial buildings. With an inventory of over 16k products, they needed a way to keep their product feed in sync automatically. They also needed to increase their return on ad spending.

Our Approach

Our team developed an automated process to generate and publish the feed using a few pre-existing tools. We then restructured the PPC account and by using a very tightly controlled automated bidding, the shopping campaigns went from an average 2.0 to 11.5 ROAS.
