Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to build my website?

Typically, your new website is ready within 3-4 weeks. Some may take a little longer depending on how many revisions you need. Your website has built-in site maintenance so you can go live and still make changes later. Once you sign up, we start gathering your information and preparing a design right away. When you are completely happy, we’ll publish your site to a live server.

What if I need to cancel?

No long-term contracts and you can cancel at any time. If you’ve been with us for twelve consecutive months or more, and you need to cancel, you can take all of your copy writing, blog posts, graphics/imagery, layouts, SEO and rendered HTML/CSS pages. You can establish a WordPress website anywhere else, however, we do not provide our database, WordPress core, WordPress plugins or free migration services.

Can I update my own website?

Absolutely. Our websites are built on WordPress with an easy to use back-end administration. You will have access to the Administration to update pages, add photos and publish new content. We’re happy to help you if you need it or do it for you.

What if I don’t like the design or copy writing?

We’ll make unlimited revisions until you are happy. And, your monthly fees don’t start until your website goes live. We provide a private environment for you to review our work and we request that your revision requests are made by email.

Are there limits to the number of pages in my site?

No. You can have as many pages as you need. However, our initial onboarding fee only covers design and copy writing of the first 10 pages. Additional pages can be migrated into your new site, however, you will need to ensure they look good in the new design.

Are there any limits on the number of products in an online store?

No. However, for web stores with inventories of 300 or more products you may need an extra level of assistance with content migration. In this case, it is best that you contact us to discuss your individual needs. We have built stores with over 60,000 products.
